Our multi-level marketing software solutions allow for vital MLM operational information to be shared via the Internet. The site owner has the ability to create new members and record transactions while assigning credit to the seller. The other members of the MLM down-line are able to view a summary of their earnings by logging in to a secure password-protected area. The chart below shows four different types of programs that allow for different levels of functionality. Explanations for the terms are below the chart:

Administrative Features
Create / Edit Profiles
In all versions of the program, the administrator has the ability to add new users to the system. The administrator creates a user profile that contains basic contact information about each user (name, address, e-mail, etc.). In addition, the administrator adds to the profile the code of the parent so that commissions can be properly tracked. After creating a new user, the administrator can edit the contact information of the user, but cannot change the parent (unless the Enterprise solution is in place).

Record / View Transactions
The administrator enters each transaction, selecting the product purchased, the quantity, the price and the date of the transaction. The administrator assigns each transaction to a user and commissions are automatically calculated by the system, both for the user and for any other individuals in the system who should be credited. The administrator can also enter any payments made to a user and the system will adjust that user's balance accordingly.

The administrator can select a user and determine the amount due to that user.

Alert Notices / Reminders
This feature allows the administrator to automatically receive alert notices and reminders when certain events occur. For example, most MLM operations have rules for when checks are paid to their users - like "on the last day of each month, pay all users who have a balance of $100 or more due." The administrator is able to set such rules, and receive automatic notifications - this saves much time as the user database gets larger since it eliminates the need for manual review.

Change Commissions / Discounts
This feature allows the administrator to change the discounts and commission structure rules for people at various levels of the MLM tree at any time. The administrator sets an "effective date" for each change, and for any transaction occurring after that date, the system uses the new structure for calculation.

Restrict Communications
Users have the ability to use the Web site to contact the administrator - for the Basic and Executive solutions, they also have the ability to contact other users. The administrator can use the "Restrict Communication" feature to only allow communication between certain users - for example, a user might be allowed to communicate only with that user's parent and children.

Advanced Transaction Reporting Tools
This feature allows the administrator to do reporting along any dimension. For example, the administrator can view a detailed transaction history for a user, can view a summary of a user's down-line sales in certain date ranges or can do reporting along particular product lines.

Remove People From Tree
It is usually not possible for an administrator to eliminate a user from the program so that the said user can no longer earn commissions. However, the Remove People from Tree option allows this to be carried out seamlessly. The administrator gets to choose whether the commissions assigned to that user are eliminated or assigned to other users.

Re-assign Parent
The Reassign Parent feature allows the administrator to change the parent of an existing user. However, this normally cannot be done if the user, or any of the children of the user, have any transactions in the system.

Advanced Change of Commissions / Discounts
This feature allows the administrator to create more complex rules for commissions and discounts. An example of a complex rule is: "Discount of 20% on first $100 ordered, discount of 40% thereafter, totaled on a quarterly basis." In addition, the administrator is able to zoom in on an individual user and manually override the system rules for that user (for example, a particular user could be given a higher or lower commission than normal).

Graphical View of Tree
This optional feature is useful when managing large MLMs. The MLM tree is presented graphically, making it easy to see relationships between users. By pointing and clicking, the administrator is able to zoom in on different parts of the tree and view detailed results. Color-coding can be added by administrators to quickly highlight areas of the tree with certain characteristics e.g. high-performing areas of the tree)

User Features
Secure Login
Users login to the program via a unique username and password, assigned by the administrator. A lost password feature emails passwords to users who have forgotten their passwords. After logging in, each user is directed to their personal page.
